In 2007, engineer and owner Sultanhamid Hajiyev decided to create a completely new technology for the production of plastic clay without production defects, minimizing manual labor and the human factor in production, and reducing production time, based on the existing production according to the classic German formula. At that time, such a technology did not exist in the world ceramic industry, 19th century technology based on separate drying and firing stages was used. Dried products were collected in piles on moving platforms, and then sent in batches to the oven for final baking.
It is clear that the high-temperature heat flow has an uneven effect on the outer contour of the stack and its middle. The percentage of deformations and low-quality products increases significantly, which leads to an increase in prices. During the period of our activity, a unique production technology and recipe was created, hundreds of tests and sorting on 8 variants of production lines were carried out. This technology allows you to maintain the ideal geometric structure of each plate and ensure even baking. Our clinker tiles, resistant to frost for a minimum of 200 cycles, maintain their original appearance even in the most aggressive weather conditions, and their colors do not fade due to the influence of ultraviolet rays.
